Family Wellness

This extensive 81,000 sf wellness center was created in partnership with Sanford Health and Cass/Clay YMCA to serve as a hub of activities for the entire F/M area.

This facility includes a cardio & weight machine area, 2 racquetball courts, 2 group exercise rooms, cycling studio, a 2 court gymnasium, childcare/youth spaces including gymnasium & multi-purpose room, locker rooms, recreational pool with spa, slides, zero entry and lap swimming areas, multi-purpose/party room, 3 lane indoor track, wellness education classrooms, and a demonstration kitchen.
