Block E Development

The catalyst of revitalizing downtown Moorhead, MN started with the development of Block E on the corner of 8th and Main. Working with the city of Moorhead and private investors, this mixed-use building was designed to anchor the busy intersection.

Housing options include 12 residential units, eight of them being two-story and the rest 1,2, and 3-bedroom units. Amenities include underground parking, a workout room, and large patios that line the front of the units.

Over 10,000 sf of space on the second floor is commercial space, designed for and currently occupied by Eventide’s Corporate office. The first floor also has 10,000 sf of commercial space that houses a bank, coffee shop, and restaurant space.
