Eventide The Linden

A growing need for space in their assisted living home led Eventide Senior Living to engage in both an addition and renovation to their existing Moorhead location. The addition includes 73 new units, a full service kitchen, dining room, pub, theater and access to unground heated parking. A new chapel was also added to the Skilled Care Building along with The Streed Common which provides a gathering space and entry to the chapel. It serves as a welcoming, calming place for families and chapel attendees to gather to share faith and fellowship.

To address a community-wide shortage of memory care units, a state of the art memory care center with controlled access points and separate, secure outdoor spaces was also created.

The renovation targeted the update of existing apartment units as well as extensive upgrades and replacements to the windows and roof. Also added was a new drive-under canopy, a fireplace lounge and community room for activities.
