Rossman Elementary Renovation & Additions

Part of the 2018 Detroit Lakes Public Schools bond referendum, Rossman Elementary School underwent extensive renovations and expansions to accommodate for a growing student population and to alleviate the need for overextended temporary classrooms.

The additions included new classrooms on the north end, and a second addition to the south that includes a pre-event gathering space and competition sized gym. A secure entrance was also added to the west side of the building.

The renovations included upgrading the lighting and bringing in new finishes and colors to create a lively cohesive look throughout the new and old school areas.
