UJ Place

UJ Place is a five-story modern, mixed-use development located on the University of Jamestown Campus.

UJ Place features 13,000 sf of commercial space on the main floor below four levels of residential housing. Residential spaces were designed for student housing and university staff. The commercial area is focused on customer serve businesses such as retail, food services, coffee shops, spa, and bar & grill.
