Adam LaPlante

Adam has been with Gehrtz Construction Services since 2020 and has been in the construction industry since 2007. He has an associate degree in architectural technology and drafting that makes him a valuable asset on jobsites and in design meetings. Adam enjoys the multitude of learning opportunities that come with each of his projects. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, woodworking and skiing.

What is your favorite type of project to work on and why?

So far in my career I have most enjoyed working on schools. They are usually complex projects, and very visible and important to the community so I feel an extra sense of dedication to making sure budget dollars are being maximized.

Measure twice, cut once!

What is your favorite Fargo/Moorhead building?

I have an appreciation for all of the old original brick buildings downtown, like our office. If I had to pick one as a favorite though, it would be the Ford Building on Broadway. There is a lot of really interesting history to that building!
